What type of sessions do you offer?
At Amber Michelle Photography, we understand how important it is to capture special moments in your life. We specialize in creating beautiful and timeless photos that capture the emotion and joy at each stage of life. We offer a wide range of photography services, including family, maternity, couples, seniors, lifestyle newborns and cakesmash sessions.
Where are you located?
I am located in Newark, Ohio
Do you travel?
Yes! I offer complimentary travel for up to 30 miles of my home address. Outside of that will incur a $50/hour travel fee.
If I’m traveling 3 or more hours, there will be additional fees for lodging, food, flights, and rental car if applicable.
Where do sessions takes place?
I have a few places I love to shoot but I am always open to new locations!
We have a places in Newark, Heath, Granville Zanesville and Westerville we use frequently!
What happens if it rains? Do you offer reschedules?
We all know how crazy Ohio weather can be so we do try and have a back-up plan. Since the weather can change so quickly, we try to wait until last minute to reschedule.
There are a few covered area options that we can use as well.
If you would be okay with a session in light rain these can be fun too!
We do not reschedule for temperature (too hot or too cold) so please make sure to plan your outfits accordingly.
When will my session take place?
Amber Michelle Photography is a natural light photographer specializing in capturing the golden hour. Our sessions are designed to capture the best light possible, which is why we prefer to shoot 2-1.5 hours before sunset. During summer, sessions will start no later than 7:30 in the evening, while spring and fall sessions will start earlier. For newborn, Fresh 48 and cake smash sessions, we prefer to take place mid morning!
We offer a limited number of weekend sessions a month and are typically booked a few months in advance.
When and how are our images delivered?
You will receive a sneak peek collage within 48 hours of your session via your contact method! 2 weeks after your session you will receive an online viewing gallery of your images which you can then choose the images included in your collection. At this time you can purchase additional images and any prints or products you would like.
Do we get raw files or can we edit them ourselves?
I do no give out raw images and do not allow for additional editing to be done to your images. If you have a request or would like a change please ask us and we can make those changes for you.
Unedited/Raw images and your edits do not properly reflect our work.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes we do! We offer super flexible pre-session payment plans that allows you to make smaller payments leading up to your session!
After your session we do allow you to split image upgrades into two equal payments but no images past the images included in your session are released.
Do you offer Mini Sessions?
Yes! We have mini sessions and offer limited edition themed sessions! See what we have going on HERE
